Here's a little bit about me:
My earliest real estate lessons are from my father, an Irish immigrant who became a real estate investor. Through him, I have learned a lot about buying and selling land as well as investment and commercial properties — along with a tireless work ethic. During my time in real estate, I have loved the challenge of being creative and using out-of-the-box thinking inspired by my own home-buying experiences. Knowing firsthand the worries of first-time buyers, I am able to empathize and assure buyers that they will know their perfect home when they see it. Building client relationships is my strength, and having spent more than 33 years in the service industry, I have learned to put myself in someone else's shoes, developing the negotiating and communication skills that serve me so well as a real estate professional, resulting in many happy clients and a proud member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors Master's Club.
At the end of the day, one of my most important attributes is the ability to make people laugh — because there’s enough stress in this world. I have been an Orangevale local for over 23 years and have been proud to raise my children in this community alongside my husband. My family enjoys contributing to local community projects and other Christian ministries in various countries. I am proud to be on the board of the Orangevale Chamber of Commerce and have served on the Board for the local Kiwanis chapter. When I don’t have my hands in real estate or helping serve our community, I love to entertain, ride all-terrain vehicles in the desert, go camping, and spend time together however I can with my family.
